Palazzuolo

On the ancient fortress of this center there was the lordship of the Ubertini of Arezzo, who in 1381 sold it to Siena together with the Castle of Gargonza; then passed to Florence in 1385 and again to Siena in 1404.

In the upper part of the town, in correspondence with the conglomerate of houses, are visible the remains of the walls of the ancient castle.
