Linked to the other traditions, this particular event is organized since 2024 every year in May thanks to the collaboration of the organizing committees of all the festivals of the territory of Monte San Savino, each of which offers its own identity dishes to the public, in a festive atmosphere that starts the season of Savinese festivals.
