Sagra della Porchetta

Founded by local master butchers in 1964, it is now the most anticipated event of the calendar of Savina, and is held every second weekend of September to celebrate and enhance one of the most prestigious dishes of local gastronomic tradition, the porchetta, prepared according to the oldest rules of popular cuisine.

Now recognized with the “Festival of Quality” label, it attracts an increasing number of tasters and visitors.
