“And we were city”

Tradition of recent creation, but already rooted in local life , this event aims to remember the attribution to Monte San Savino of the prestigious title of “City”, granted by decree of the then President of the Republic Francesco Cossiga on 22 July 1991; the evening, which is held on the same date of the historic event, includes an elegant gala dinner in the roof gardens of Palazzo di Monte, followed by a costume procession by the Historical Group of the Pro Loco and a final fireworks display.
